When are you nerfing/removing TF?

This item has gone on for too long with it's BS new stats. The 20% CDR is WAY too much. I prefer having the crit on this item because less champs abuse it (cough)hecarimcoughirelia(cough).

Please. PLEASE. Rework or remove this item. It's too damn good.
