Can you discern green and pink in the yellow?

How about green and pink in the yellow?
If you glance at one of them, can you tell green or pink instantly?

Stealth wards are green. Vision wards are Pink. Trinkets are Yellow.
This coloration is intentional. Though it's value doesn't become apparent unless you have a ward skin.
While I've never made this mistake I can agree that readability is important, and that it should be more definitive.
If you look at the bottom, the little circle has a green or pink hue to it. The right is pink, left is green.
The one on the left has a YELLOW CIRCLE. It isn't green. I don't have the color-blind eyes to be blind to green, so there's no possible way it is green. People probably just call it green because they are color-blind and assume it is green because it's what we would expect the developers to color the circle. I've never once thought it looks like a green circle, no matter how much I stare at it. The pink circle though is certainly a pink circle, but if my eyes are very dry I won't notice red very well and as such the pink ward won't look pink. I'm not sure what it looks like though, probably some sort of an orange color in between pink and yellow.
If they did change the left circle to green instead of yellow, that would certainly help with clarity. While they are at it, they could darken the circles a bit to make them just a little bit closer in shade to the other ward icons. I also would like to clarify that the pink circle is a true pink while the 'pink ward' icon is actually violet with white mixed in.
How is this a problem people have? Yellow/green circle is green ward, pink circle is pink ward.
Can't even begin to say the times I accidentally bought a pink upgrade thinking I clicked the green one.
the green in the yellow is more of a green-yellow, and the pink in the yellow is much lighter

Isn't the upgraded ward a yellow one? Since yellow is the trinket color so pink is presenting it as a vision ward, where as the the other one is more of a trinket/green one. Also, it looks way more like yellow to me.
