Japanese team "DetonatioN" lacks of professionalism

Team DetonatioN is pro multi gaming team in Japan. Website of Team DetonatioN

DetonatioN has two LoL teams called "DetonatioN FocusMe [DeT FM]" and "DetonatioN RabbitFive [DeT RF]". These teams are Competing "League of Legends Japan League(LJL)" and producing good results. In this season, winner qualifies International Wild Card Invitational(IWCI).

But some players in these team are behaving unprofessionally.

Case 1: In live game, one of Japanese player was abused by "DeT RF Awaker".
Awaker was reported by this player via DetonatioN's website, then CEO of his team investigated about it. Finally, CEO(not Awaker himself) apologized to the player via email, and Awaker was imposed some little penalties by DetonatioN. Email from CEO of DetonatioN

Case 2: movie: "DeT FM Yutapongo" ragequit and rest players were talking about his team and Japanese players His response on twitter about above movie In his tweet, he has no remorse about his playing, and said "Honestly, I don't check pro's twitter and games, but many pro players who played soloq with me did such things. That's why my playing is pro-like. Why people is attacking only me?"

Are these teams appropriate to the game which Riot Games hosts?

Tbh unless they physically or verbally assault people, why wouldn't they be allowed just because their behaviours don't fit the categories of "professionalism"?

Again I stopped watching/caring about pro scene since the end of S2.

OP no need to be racist. Japan has a different culture that you need to just accept.

I'm not racist, but actually Japanese. I just don't want non-Japanese people to recognize these behavior as Japanese culture. If these pros participate in the national match, they may lose good reputation of Japanese e-sports scene.

No need to be this sensitive about your country's image though, what is at fault is those who judge an entire nation based on one or two people that come from there, not you.

So there is absolutely no need to get worked up over someone's behaviour not acting professional enough, personally, as long as someone isn't come across as insulting rager or physically dangerous there is no reason to restrict him from pro scenes.

No. The influence of pro players is huge. For example, I've introduced behavior of Yutapongo above. I've instantly found what he caused these things:

RFLegendary has lost one game by humble reason in his stream. He lost his chance to make more subscriber or donation. This is economic injury.
Yutapongo has lost one game by behavior that pro player shouldn't be. He hurt pro-career of both himself and his team. And he lost his chance to promote to bigger team. On the contrary, current team got a good reason to fire him or impose penalty to him.
Japanese players who aim at international activity will lose their chance to join foreign pro team. Yutapongo has made the words "Japanese sucks".
Pro players has many Spectators. They will recognize they are allowed to ragequit. Pro player does it in high-ranked games, why we can't? This will provides many innocent players worse game experience.
Riot Games got a bunch of bad players, their business will get stacked up. Japan Server? E-sports? Are you kidding me?

The most important thing is Yutapongo is not aware of them as one of professional. This is the reason I titled this article "lacks of professionalism".
