Japanese team "DetonatioN" lacks of professionalism

Team DetonatioN is pro multi gaming team in Japan. Website of Team DetonatioN

DetonatioN has two LoL teams called "DetonatioN FocusMe [DeT FM]" and "DetonatioN RabbitFive [DeT RF]". These teams are Competing "League of Legends Japan League(LJL)" and producing good results. In this season, winner qualifies International Wild Card Invitational(IWCI).

But some players in these team are behaving unprofessionally.

Case 1: In live game, one of Japanese player was abused by "DeT RF Awaker".
Awaker was reported by this player via DetonatioN's website, then CEO of his team investigated about it. Finally, CEO(not Awaker himself) apologized to the player via email, and Awaker was imposed some little penalties by DetonatioN. Email from CEO of DetonatioN

Case 2: movie: "DeT FM Yutapongo" ragequit and rest players were talking about his team and Japanese players His response on twitter about above movie In his tweet, he has no remorse about his playing, and said "Honestly, I don't check pro's twitter and games, but many pro players who played soloq with me did such things. That's why my playing is pro-like. Why people is attacking only me?"

Are these teams appropriate to the game which Riot Games hosts?
