@Riot Please don't scrap Twisted Treeline

The recent news that Twisted Treeline is being removed from League of Legends absolutely breaks my heart. I started playing League when Garen just came out in pre-season 1. I got all my high school buddies into it and we had an absolute blast. It was hard to get all of us on at the same time and we often only had 3 people and played tons of Treeline. We got really good at it too and even got up to rank 11 on NA at one point. While the community was a bit smaller it made it all the easier to make friends with other players we would see more than once. I became an active member of the TT chatroom and played with and against many of the best treeline players. The Twisted Treeline rework was extremely divisive and split the community. The more serious treeline players didn't like it and wanted the map reverted. Many of the more casual players did like it but ultimately preferred Summoners Rift resulting in a mode that didn't really cater to anyone. Even then, even though I thought the map was a downgrade I still played it semi-frequently. As it stands TT has many problems and an extremely stagnant meta which could be addressed easily. Its been over 4 years since any changes have occurred on the map and those issues continue to go unaddressed. I love League, its been my go to game ever since i started all those years ago, before you kill my favorite part of the game I beg you to at least give it another chance. Push some updates on the map, address issues that the community have raised. I know this is a long shot but at the very least make TT a custom game mode (and if possible the old TT as well). I understand the need to retire failed ventures but Twisted Treeline can be saved. It really isn't that far off from being great and I beg you to try one more time. Thanks for reading.
