Why does ARAM increase your champion rating with Twisted Treeline wont?

Er. Twisted treeline was given champion mastery this patch as well. I don't know if it was enabled right with the patch, or if it was enabled later on, or even if it's being enabled later during this patch, but TT mastery is a thing that's part of this patch. (Keep in mind it's only for matchmade games.)
