I feel as if blitz's overcharge should be a ramp up rather than a ramp down

It just doesn't feel right at all. You move fast at the start and then you pretty much move slow as heck after a second. You also don't even really feel the attack speed buff anymore either.

So I think that his W should be a ramp up. Start off slow and move faster. Make the duration say one second shorter because it's ramping up now and also make the attack speed buff last slightly longer (say 2 seconds). I really like the idea behind it but I don't think its been implemented properly.

The point is to let you reposition quickly to land a hook or close in on somebody who's out of position.

Overcharge: Passive: Gain attack speed Active: Disable passive. Gains movespeed that decays over time. Regain passive attack speed over time.

This will be more thematic of Blitz converting his energy focus from attack speed to move speed and back.

blitzcrank should be totally reworked. giving a malus to an ability is really not fun to play.

I think blitzcrank should ne reworked and make it a adc.

Yeah, I can see where this small change makes more sense, but I don't see this change going through with how blitz is right now. He has a pretty toxic play pattern with his hook, knock up and silence death sentence, not to mention his big ass hit box on his hook.. He needs a rework so that not so much power is placed in his q, but rather his other abilities.

No. Thats like saying Zeds ult should have a higher amplifying rate. Lets not buff the ridiculous champions please.
