Just a Couple Thoughts...
Ok so basically everyone has seen the pentadunk from Balls at worlds, but how much of that was him getting lucky that all of the CC spells were on CD? Like, why does ALL CC interrupt the Darius Dunk? Yes it gives him counterplay, but if it gets interrupted, a teamfight goes from a 5v5 to a 4.5v5 because darius will just get Kited by anyone on the opposing team with range. Tbh I think the Darius ult should be either A: untargetable until he brings the hammer (er...axe) down, or he should be immune to soft CC and knockups(Dude's already in the air). Sure that means counterplay will be limited to getting a good stun or root off, or just the classic get the hell out of the way, but it would make Darius a little less useless because he's got a higher chance of getting that Dunk off and securing that kill for his team. OK thats it for Darius moving on to Kindred, Marksmen in the Jungle, and Sated Devourer
The recent nerf to sated devourer (exclusively for ranged champions), has made vayne unplayable in the jungle for me, which is some of the most fun I have had jungling in awhile. When RITO attempted to justify the nerf in the patch notes, they claimed people were "jerryrigging" bottom lane marksmen (vayne was far and away the biggest culprit), and using them to jungle. So they made sated proc every 4 hits, instead of every other. Here is my problem with this, and this is also where Kindred comes into play. So #1: Earlier this year RIOT claimed that champion diversity in the jungle was one of their biggest goals for season 5. By allowing quinn, vayne, and (kayle? with her e? IDK if she counts as ranged at that point), to jungle thanks to the ghost hit from sated devourer, you created champion diversity, and even if it was cheesey, it was FUN. The other problem I have with this is that they have now nerfed Kindred before (he/she/it/they) has/ve even come out, since the recommended jungle item for kindred is devourer. Riot has already forced Kindred into a lane. by doing this, since sated is now so awful for marksmen. It rewarded kicking ass and taking objectives, while punishing people who couldn't control Dragons, or can't gank well, or kept getting their camps stolen by making them basically useless. It was an investment into the late game, and one that I think needs to come back. Champion diversity was hurt when the sated marksmen nerf came out. But we weren't jerryrigging, no Riot, the players were innovating. Nerfing devourer was counterintuitive to Riot's goals for the jungle, since its still realy nichey. That is all. Have fun on the Rift.
