Is Morgana mid still good?

I am a bronze midlaner and I know that pretty much anything is viable in my meta, but I was wondering if morgana mid was still good, cause she seems good to play, cause of how good her root is and black shield

She's good. There are a lot stronger champions for carrying in low elo though.

I'd say she's alright, I think she's more strongly represented because of how popular assassins are ATM. Aside from Zed, Morgana isn't terrible if not out-right good against a lot of assassins. You'll struggle against a lot of nuke mages, so it's hit or miss.
