-An invis ult that announces your presence and reveals you outright when you get within leap range (before you can leap)
-Stacks of fury cannot be stored to use for ganks or team fights.
He also does a ton of burst when he gets his items. Not all jugglers should follow the same path, nothing wrong with a few that wait to 6 to snowball.
That's supposed to be his disadvantage for his burst potential later in the game. You can pretty much say he's one of the hardest jungle champs to play if you don't know how to exploit him in the best way possible (lane ganks, counter ganks, counter jungling, etc).
Riot made this problem. After his revert when he struggled to do anything they could have done 2 things: 1) Make his early game relevant again by giving him tools to gank or 2) Just buff his damage. Guess what they did
It's not like he's the only jungler that can't gank pre 6, so why should he get special treatment? Besides it's not like he's in a bad spot, he's still a +50% winrate in jungle.
