EMeta1 votesWarding (using and killing) and farming. Also, it matters what power level the guys you kill are (compared to you). It looks like you mostly just beat up on a far under-leveled, under-farmed Yasuo. Since that obviously doesn't take as much skill as getting kills on your level, you don't get credit for quite as much achievement.
At some point in top lane, you were probably 5/0 to his 0/5, with an extra item and a half over him. Getting 4 more kills at that point isn't all that hard. The 2% (or whatever) of Fioras that got an S+ top probably faced more even competition the entire match, warded more, and got closer to 8cs/min (or higher).
Yes, it sucks that it's so hard to get those level 7 mastery points, but have solace that once you do get them, they're worth a lot. By-the-by, Riot assigns grades based on percentiles in that position. If the level-7 mastery is your top goal, you might be better off getting it jungle or support, where the median Fiora ability level is considerably lower. If you got 2/3rds of your posted score jungling (and you kept up with placing and killing wards), you'd pretty easily get an S+.
