Stormrazor's should proc on empowered autos

Stormraiders should proc on stuff like q, q, , q This would make so much more sense because stormrazor's says that it procs on basic attacks, I guess empowered auto's don't count? Fix this plz rito.

I said, "ignoring kha q", that means, that not looking at kha q, empowered auto's should proc stormrazors. I understand that kha q isn't an empowered auto. Are you actually blind or illiterate.

Alright fine kid.

Guess what? All empowered autos do proc. Has since halfway through the last PBE cycle. Essentially, when you asked it had been implemented for 3 or 4 days prior.
