New Kayle Passive

This is just a repost from the Kayle mains subreddit that I didn't see posted to the boards.

Kayle's passive shouldnt dissapear from 100-0. There were complaints because this used to be a similar case with jax's passive, so shouldn't the same changes that were made back then (letting the passive stacks go down one by one), apply to kayle aswell?

Another thing is that shouldn't the passive be kept on towers? It doesn't even need to stack on towers, it should just be able to be maintained right?
