I'm not sure if I heard this right or understood this right so I am here to see if someone can help clear this up for me.. Did they say ranked will be given individual MMR/ELO for every role you play? Example: so a Mid main will be getting matched against better players??

If this is true then whats stopping someone who mains say "Top" and queuing up as support and swapping roles in champ selection?? I like the idea but i guess there is no perfect solution.. i guess over the course of the season a persons MMR for given roles will level out.. It was more as a question in regards to mains getting easier lane match ups..

i understand that a diamond wont get matched against a plat or gold unless someone has a shitty MMR or an amazing one.. or duo queued with a lower MMR player... i was just thinking more out loud and thought I would ask and see if what i understood was correct or if I misunderstood some where...

I think there is a system which can see on what lane you actually play.

I hope so.. im looking to spread my wings out of the support role and really dont feel like gettign smashed in top lane cause my enemy queues up for his worst role and then swaps someone to go top...
