Sion passive

so i was playing Malz in a Dominion to kill some time.. and a sion was on the other team.. id kill him with my E on him and instead of it jumping to another target it just stops.. kinda annoying since my minion is focused on targets with my E on them.. this a glitch or meant to be that way?? also pls reword the description for Malz's E.. It states when a target dies with his E on them he will be refunded mana and jump to another target.. However Malz only receives the mana refund IF he is credited with the kill...

No if they die some other way and the e is on them he still gets the mana refund and should jump to a new target, but i think the programming of sion's revival means you didnt kill them yet so you wouldn't get the refund or jump, not sure if they want it that way but I'll up to get results

nope still dont get the mana refund of any sort when minions kill creeps and my e is applied.. its weird... mid to late game i dont care.. but during laning phase it can kinda suck.. lol.. anyone else notice this or am i really going crazy?
