now that tank junglers are back and are at above 100% power its time to bring them down. i can't ban the tanks and the other broken champs. people like hecrim are ban almost all the time now. its time to reblance the tank junglers

These long, cc dependent fights are actually more fun than a champion who can kill an entire team in 2 seconds getting fed as fuck.
