Are we finally seeing Ghostcrawlers homogenization fetish with these plants?

Just like he wanted every class in wow to have everything. Now every champion in lol will be able to dash over walls with exploding plant, heal with healing plant, reveal fog of war like Quinn and so on without burning a summoner spell. What do you guys think? Am I just being paranoid? Is this the 'boiling frog effect' taking place?
