Galio bug?

I'm going to do my very best to remain calm in this post since this basically just lost a game for me, and I'm more than a little annoyed. Galio is unable to be stunned (at least by Renekton) during his E. Basically every other champion can be stunned during their dash. What is your problem, Riot? Do you just not like people enjoying your game? You basically gave him a Fiora parry that lasts longer and is guaranteed CC, and this is okay? Sometimes I wonder...
