report a support for not having a sightstone period

After coming from 2 ranked games where the support refused to buy a sightstone and didn't place wards I feel like even if you win the game if the support warded at least you could have finished earlier. Now keep in mind the people that were in the game did pick support. Now if your a support and are reading this please realize that it is your job to ward even though its everyones job it should be more on you then anyone else. Top: keep your tri-bush and top bush warded. Mid: keep at least both sides warded if possible and tell your jg which side is warded. Jungle: keep a pink at dragon and make sure to get red trinket and smite the damn chickens to clear wards. Support: WARD ENEMY TRIBUSH, RIVER BUSH, AND DRAGON IF YOU CAN. stop donating your hard earned gold to Africa and buy a damn ward.

If you had a bad support, did your team bother compensating by buying more wards, or did they refuse to adjust to the situation?

I don't' agree with everything you've said though most of what I disagree with is situational.

I do hate the trolls who pick the support role and refuse to do the job. Our team really didn't need a weak mid-lamer who leaches off the adc giving us two weak carries and an enemy team that builds more defense against the only fed carry (the mid-laner which also negates the wannabe midlaner troll support) the mid since the troll sup screwed over our adc all game....

Yea, the support troll is one of the worst for your odds of winning.

It would fall under "Unskilled" which is basically report purgatory. Reporting someone for not warding as support is not really valid because you can't force them to play the way you consider optimal. It's true, supports generally have that responsibility but metas can change and you already see many JGs get SS (which wasn't always common). Are we going to report JGs that don't get SS too? It's clearly the optimal buy on JG champs like Nunu, Lee, etc..

Should supports ward? Absolutely and it's incredibly frustrating if they don't. That already cuts their usefulness in half. However, it's still not a valid report according to the Summoner's Code. It's also not valid to report people for non-meta picks even if you feel they are terrible (Lulu, Vayne JG etc.) unless they are clearly trying to sabotage the game (clarity/revive Kennen JG).

Maybe its not your teammates fault you lost the game. Whether or not your support got a sight stone or placed wards is unlikely the cause of you losing your game. Chances are you going on tilt, or your team struggling mechanically should be blamed instead. Ive found in the past that the people who complain about everyone else the most are the cause for most losses. I learned this a while backnd since ive started worrying more about my play i have won way more games

Seriously? You cannot report someone for not buying an item you insist they have... That's just dumb.

A support generaly get's a sightstone between destroying the first & last front turret. Their isn't a specific time requirement for a support to get it. From my experience it can be good to delay your sightstone build in specific scenario's. Sometimes it's just better to work with pinks for extra objective controle or get the active from your support item for amazing plays & peels. If your jungler has a sightstone & your the only AP in your team. I would rather go for some damage & force them to itemize against me than losing the next teamfight for an objective. It really depends on the situation.

For warding itself, you should ward towards where the enemy jungler will be rather than warding preventively. If their jungler start blue when you are on blue side. The chance he will be their to gank you on 4 minutes will be relative small. Keep in mind the general back time is arround the 6-7 minutes. You can't expect from a support to ward the tri-bush when you didn't recall together yet. You both have a item 3340 . If you feel you need to stay in lane a little bit longer to get that item 1038 . Play more safe & use those trinkets wisely. Known what you will win & what you will lose when you overstay.

Even as adc it's never to late to get your own vision. Getting a item 2043 when having spare gold can be a charm sometimes. If you are able to freefarm with this ward for 5 minutes. I would say, that's worth the gold buddy.

Flaming is the only reason you lost that game. And it's mainly the reason you lose any game. If you lose & 4 of the 5 people are flaming than you don't even need to find someone to blame.
