Why the hell is Quinn's passive visible to the enemy team?

Doesn't this give a huge disadvantage to Quinn and her team? They know when she's gonna AA them. Honestly Quinn has many issues right now, and this is one I don't see being talked about much. I find it really difficult for me to even use my passive on enemy champions, because they'll see the mark and start running out of range from me. Not to mention, it's really buggy and doesn't really work sometimes.. Thoughts? Comments? Questions? Concerns?

Clarity reasons.

I mean, if you're just sitting there autoing and all of a sudden Quinn does more damage than she's usually doing, you have to automatically think, her passive.

Or maybe she crit you?

It also makes to so you know when to back off, which for can be used for zoning potential (by Quinn obviously).

To be fair, picking Quinn is a disadvantage to Quinn and her team. She's got so many bugs that prevent her from being reliable, and Riot literally hopes she'll disappear when they close their eyes.

The same reason that you can see Ryze's passive charges building, where Draven's axes are going to land, Gnar's rage bar level, or when Aatrox's passive revive is up. It's all about identifying when you're opponent has an advantage up, and playing around it. Being able to see her passive isn't really an issue. Opponent backing off every time they catch the mark? Congratulations, you have -risk free- lane pressure to work with. Move up, force them to give up CS or be punished.

Quinn has some issues, and is in a wierd place, but she is far stronger than people realize, and can be outright abusive in the lane phase where her passive comes into play the most.

she has 525 range. Move up, get dived and die more like it.

Thats like saying, why is your mana bar visible to the enemy team or why gangplanks passive is visible to the enemy team, its just there because riot.

Why does Diana's passive give an indicator to everyone? They shouldn't be able to see that you have latent trading potential at all.

Same thing with Quinn. The enemy shouldn't know what hit them when they receive an extra 100 damage in lane.
