Reworks killed this game

Why are they reworking all these champs instead of just making similar champs?!?! They are ruining all the champs I love and play... Ive been playing this game since it came out and finding out that they are still killing off the old champs is completely destroying my drive to play this game. Am I crazy here? Am I the only one that feels this way? I just dont understand it one bit. Just because they dont have a practical kit in 5s anymore doesnt mean they arent fun to play! God damn Panth rework and finding out that they are reworking Voli is the final straw for me. Stop killing the champs I love to play for fucks sake.

I 100% know they will be better but what im trying to say is that it would make the game 100% more fun if they left those champs alone. It would make great out play moves and such. But i feel they are only doing this for the top 10% where every second matters and having the wrong kit at the level of no mistakes would end you. But lets just say over 80% of league dont play at that level... what is the point of remaking them then... I cant stress enough... I FUCKING love old champs like Voli Jax and Panth. Sigh this game is catered to the high end sadly

I get that the old champs arent practical but they are still fun to play. Especially if you know how to play them. I feel like its only catering to high rank game play but what about just wanting to have FUN with the champ you know and love? I loved the old Swain and I like the new one... but I still want to play the old Swain. What is so game breaking that they just cant add new similar champs? Idk being a person who played this game back when it was new it just really bums me out that I cant play the champs I came to love playing. Reworks just feel greedy to me. Like I said I could be crazy and alone but I miss almost all of the old champs.

I'm sad about Voli, even though he needs one, but Panth needed the rework so bad.

He was impossible to lane against.

He killed people in a q w e

Q: High damage, long range, spamable ability.

W: Fine

E: High damage when it was supposed to not do that much

R: Anyone could just walk out of it, even when they are in the center that's how long it took...

I liked old AP tristana - riot reworked it (killed it) i like old irelia - riot reworked it i liked old akali - riot reworked it

that's -3 champs in my champ pool

thats why i personally don't like reworks unless it's very unhealthy champ like old nidalee

Some reworks are actually very good. Reminder, I was a swain main way before his rework, and at first I doubted his worked would work out but little did I know I was very wrong, I still mained the champion, got m7 with him, got a pentakill as him, and so forth. And now I am going to start maining Pantheon.

You're totally right for many. I don't play league of legends because of this exact reason.

Its kinda hard to learn to like the game to begin with. So it took me over a year to get into it. It wasn't until I found champions that I liked.

Well all these champions have been reworked now.

I don't even feel a shred of desire to play League anymore. The only desire i have is the desire to want to play. So Every few months i'll try a few games and it just further reinforces that the game is totally dead to me.

Same thing happened to wow for me.

Playing Wow classic and enjoying it alot. Maybe Riot games will learn some day and make League Classic.

Outdated champions need to be reworked to keep up with modern champions. adding more champions instead of reworking the older ones only leaves those champions unplayable. But to be honest this game has way to many champions imo.
