Please remember that these are just thoughts and that nothing is going to change.

  1. ADC damage is pretty disgusting. Itemization is the problem. Riot should address this but won't.
  2. Matchmaking should use a different Q style so that real data can be used to make matches more fair. Riot should address this but won't.
  3. The Q system should give fair amounts of counter pick chances instead of being completely random. Often teams get almost all counter picks. Riot should address this but won't.

The only point were you are right is the adc damage overall. The other points are perfectly fine. You should leave the mentality of "counter-picks" it works to some extent but its minor 90% of cases
