Kindred's early game scuttler mark is painful.

Can we please do something about this? Most of the time when you, or atleast I, play Kindred, the scuttler mark, the 1st mark of the game, often appears on the opposite side of the river. Where the enemy jungler could possibly be, which means you resulting in losing out on your 1st mark if you don't hurry to the other side. Plus, enemies could be roaming in the river, supposedly after leashing their jungler. So they could spot you out or maybe the enemy jungler, likely stronger than you, could get 1st blood off of you and you get no marks. It's like there's a 50% chance of you getting your 1st mark or not. Based on which scuttler it appears on. Which means, a CHANCE of getting the buff from the 1st mark. I feel like this mark specifically, no other marks, (except champion marks which you should always have access to pick and choose) should appear on the scuttler that you have started attacking instead of letting the game decide whether it's going to let you have it without having to walk across the map or not. Just do something about this please.

What do you guys think about this? Should they keep it, or should it be changed? I'm sort of complaining about this but I'm not raging over my screen or anything. Just letting out my thoughts about this thing that sort of bothers me.
