They buffed his W because 90% of Kha zix players doesn't evolve the W so they had to make it more stronger to make a good deal in teamfights or something like that
Replace "Kha'Zix Buffs" with "one-shots" and "Champions Who are Weak" with "balanced and skillful gameplay".
