Top Kali game you died too much, lower one you had less cs. It roughly averaged out to the same rating. You want high kda (focused on kills and minimal deaths) and as much cs as you can grab. Actual hard numbers are anecdotal, but go by the standard that if you're an adc, your peers earning S rank are getting the majority of your team's cs potential.
