Champion Play

So I've been playing some different champion and i realized that i feel like some champions give me the same result as other champions with with less work. With some champions when i play them i have to outplay my opponent to win the lane but other champions i dont even have to care and just rush them to win. Example When i play some one like against a i have to outplay my opponent but when i use some like against a i just rush them and spin to win.
