This matchmaking system is around for 7 years going 8 and for all that time there is no such thing in it. When I have played a game with a person that I never want to play with again I do not have the option to do that. When are we going to introduce this amazing function to matchmaking?

That's actually better, though. It promotes good matchmaking. You're more apt to block sickeningly strong players, but strong is relative. A Gold II player is strong to a Bronze V player, but not to a Gold III player. The Bronze player will block him, the Gold player is unlikely to.
