The "close"" button of the client becomes inactive

After I attempt to start a ranked game and some one skips in the lineup we return to main window but the "Close" button on the main frame is inactive - the X don't work.

Same thing happens to the block list for some reason. They become inactive at the same time - You cant add new bloc players to it .
