i seen her in a game and we lost coz she kepts healing huge amounts without much ap. i then took her in a match and her heals rly are huge. i healed yasuo from 20% to 100% with ult and 1 single target heal.
is her ap ratio bugged or something?!
Soraka's heals are intentionally super strong because they cost 10% of her max health every time she uses it. This means that every time she heals a teammate, she's easier to snipe.
Soraka has really hard time early game, though, as this is currently a tank meta and tanks like Leona can bully her to no end.

you are correct, they didn't target me at all and on top of it, i was not putting myself in leona's range :)
The only thing wrong with her is she cuts herself to heal.

i'm on win streak with soraka. i rediscovered the pleasure of playing sup :)
well i just played a match with jinx/soraka vs vayne/leona.... even with leona engage on jinx, i kept healing her and vayne died. it's broken as hell that heal. i eat biscuit and my hp stays high even with spam healing.
i remember i tried her after the rework and the heal sucked. it just seems so much more right now and i didn't see any buffs in patch..
