Rioters plz iam begging for news on Kalista

You havnt talked about her in ages and since you are buffing azir once again is there anyway for you to say if you have some ideas or anything for her ? She is such a fun and unique champions but she has so many problems that its most likely a loss were you will get flamed for picking her. Her main problems needs fixing and the last notes i saw on her was on her patch 10.1 buffs but they didnt help alot and this is what you said.

Kalista is still pretty weak after the buffs in 9.22, so this time we're buffing her survivability in the mid-late game in order to help her get damage out in skirmishes and teamfights.

But this dosnt matter if she can't auto attack after a single slow or stun since she is dead if something just touches her and her dps is way lower than anyone else all because she has that -10% for no reason what so ever.

I just want some news for our dead general

riot is too dumb to balance Kalista even though you can do it easily.

Remove 90% AD from her passive
Q, W, R - perfectly fine
E - Make max stacks like 4-10 similar to E or E
Once that is done you can adjust the numbers accordingly

You can't balance something that stacks 200+ times because you can't know how many stacks you have on someone. If you get enough stacks you can probably 1 shot anything which is why she needs the reduced AD. If you made it so (just using random made up numbers here) 8 stacks (the max) you could do 500 damage. Oh that's too much adjust it to 450. Oh still too much make it 9 stacks max. You can easily adjust it to bring her in line than something infinitely stacking.

i feel like q and r are fine but the w is kinda just free gold to the enemy since it dies after 3 laps and is so easy to avoid.

The change to the e could work but that would just make lethal tempo/hail of blades broken and tanks would not care in the world. This also removes the cool things people do with jungle camps and then q's to insta oneshot a champ. And i dont know if you forgot about it or something but slows would still kill her passive which is the main problem in my opinion,

The 3 gold makes like 0 difference for the vision it gives. The problem isn't slows with her on terms of balance. You get slowed it should slow down your hops. The 2 big things killing her are the 90% AD and her E. They made her a nightmare to balance because you cant be strong with something stacking so much. I know it absolutely kills the transfers but I rather have no insta transfer kills with a champ since that is a kinda bs mechanic. I rather have her just be viable. When they made it so that E couldn't be a 2nd smite because her rend would do more damage than smite on baron. She pretty much got left in the gutter because you cant stack something so much and do a ton of damage with little to no counter play on the transfer. Thats why I said cap the E to a small amount and make it like twitch E or trist E.

Kalista has a good winrate and not even close to the lowest pickrate. I know with adcs having so much it still seems bad but compared to other champs she isn't even bad and is more than viable.

I checked opgg just now, where are you getting your info from that she is useless trash? Hell her winrate is even HIGHER on ugg.

You can't have a Lane that is so restricted to only what, 18 or so marksmen? And expect every last one to have super high pickrates. This is the Lane adc players chose

Funny how she is the worst on every single tier list. And she has the lowest pickrate out of all the marksmen on every single divition. She dosnt have a single game played in challnger and has not been seen in LCs or lce for i dont know how long. I wonder why champs like aphelios gets picked over her

By what numbers? Go check ugg, or opgg, she isn't bad. And thanks to the stale nature of bot Lane that's while comparing her only to other marksmen.

She might not be as strong as aphelios (her winrate is higher but less games on ugg and lower pick on opgg) but so? When you have such a limited number of similar champions to pick from in a Lane you're obviously going to have some stand above others especially since they all play so similar and fill the same role for the most part.
