The practice tool is broken and plz fix this as fast as possible.

since this patch 7.13 can't you toggle your mana/energy, auto cd, auto refresh hp, and the tower stuff the only way to fix this is to restart the game. you can only toggle it on and not of.

This issue happened to me too, but I tried to toggle it in what was supposed to be the off state, and after about like 3-5 seconds it turned itself off.
