Because after i get ulted by Zac/Sej/Malph, i wanted to be CC'd even LONGER because of ornn. Because we "need" more CC in the game..

I mean, only if you are in mêlée with him during the last tick of his Bellows Breath, or if you get hit by the particle of his extremely telegraphed ult. I'm not saying the Brittle effect is not going to be strong, I just think that you have a lot of room to play around Ornn.
CC's getting more and more telegraphed and champions are getting more and more methods to avoid it, it's fine
