Champion Mastery Level Six

I know there was some talk on the PBE about using Champion Shards to unlock mastery levels. I'm guessing this was abandoned for unspecified reasons. I'm sure it's probably something along the lines of indecision over what free bells and whistles should go with these higher mastery levels beyond the different mastery emote.

Well... can we start with Champion Icons with the Level Six? I'm sure this isn't an original suggestion and it shouldn't be a difficult request to fulfill. I get that Riot might be hesitant to unlock only Level Six when there are thousands of players that probably have enough mastery for a Level Ten. But free Champion Icons shouldn't be that much of a burden.

I know Riot sells icons and this would be "giving away" merchandise, but the portraits already exist in the Champions tab. Granting these portraits as Icons to players that have devoted 40ish games to that champion feels natural.

I'm fine if Riot continues to agonize over how they can reward player with Level Seven or higher without spending too many resources on something free. But please give us Level Six.
