Yasuo Main... HELP!

TL:DR (I know its usually at the bottom)- Yasuo main #9,001 wants to feel special, wants and asks for opinions on Yasuo nerfs I started playing League this February, and around April I bought Yasuo. To date he is my most played champion, and goddamn is he fun! I have about 175 games on him, so I'm pretty proficient with how to use him. Then the Fire Nation attacked. And by that, I mean that the Preseason arrived. At first i was really excited for all the possibilities for Yasuo.... but as time went on i realized what these changes meant. Now, Yasuo is considered OP. His ban rate is- get this- 74 goddamn percent. I mean, Yasuo was already popular before, with something like an 11% popularity according to LoLKing. Nowadays, I don't even get to play him. The internet is flooded with comments that he is more annoying and OP than ever. As a human being, I like to feel different. I like to think that i can play a champion well, whom others have difficulty with. I like to believe that he isn't the most popular champion; I would like to believe that I am rewarded for nearing mastery with a champion that is difficult. a sleeper pick, or both. These days, he seems to be neither; He is "OP" and extremely popular. I wish I fell in love with a champion that could be left alone in the corner of the League. I had to stop playing ranked back in September because he was pick/ ban, and I would pick champs i didn't master like Yasuo and I either wouldn't carry, or I would feed. I went on a massive losing streak and fell from Silver 2 promos to Silver 4, 0 LP. I have been trying to master new champions like Lee Sin, Fizz, and Vayne (though i main mid), but they don't have the magic that Yasuo has. I fell in love with this samurai, and I wish I could play him more, so: 1. Do you think Yasuo will get nerfed soon? Will Riot give in to the "Rito pls" and "Yasuo OP" comments that are everywhere? 2. When do you think Yasuo will get nerfed? My hope is that he is FOTM, and nerfs will severely reduce his popularity. I'm tired of hearing people say that he requires no skill (Riven mains, I feel you), and that he is OP. Do the new items and masteries buff Yasuo and other ADCs? Absolutely! But does this mean that he is OP? Is he a "face roll" champ now? I don't think so; whenever i play a mirror matchup, I usually steamroll the enemy because they enter the game with this mindset. 3. How do you think he will get nerfed? Do you have any interesting ideas on how to change Yasuo? I heard about things like charges for his E, cooldowns based on whether or not his E target died, etc. Any clue what Riot may plan to do with him?

The basic problem with Yas is that there is no point in any game where he isnt dominant. His kit allows him to dominate early game, mid game, and late game.

He has no ramp up period, and no fall off.

His kit is filled with things that range from annoying, like his infinidash, to outright cancer, like his windwall.

Even his constant grunting and shouting as he casts abilities gets grating to listen to. Every single ability cast is accompanied by some grunt or exclamation, and this is on a champ with practically no cooldowns.

It might take skill to reliably take advantage of all of his kit, but even a mediocre player can be incredibly annoying with him.

He has a shield that self reginerates with no effort or cost, and infinidash that can get him out of trouble, a wall that blocks projectiles, and lasts for four fucking seconds at every level

Seems like he has a kit filled with things that allow him to screw up. No such thing as an early windwall when it lasts 4 seconds, no such thing is losing a trade when you have a free barrier every few seconds.

If these Yas players were as skilled as they think they are, then they should be okay with the total removal of his shield, and having the duration of his windwall reduced to one second at all levels. Youre good at the clutch plays right? Who needs all that wiggle room?

yasuo is only op with the new mastery which is getting fixed so it will be fine. The thing about yasuo is that he is easy to learn but hard to master such as zed you can learn the little combo with his shadow but you will never beat a zed who knows it all same with yasuo.

Yasuo doesn't need a nerf, he just needs to scale into his crit bullshit (like putting the passive on w instead of in his passive), and something needs to be done about the 'instablock' windwall. Being able to mash w the second you hear your laner make a sound is idiocy and doesn't require much skill. That being said, I also think his shield should not be able to be procced by aa. the number of times I've shit on a yasuo in lane so bad he has to windwall my aa is just... sad. Most of the ppl whining about yasuo being OP are not professional, so Riot won't give a shit anyway. As long as Challenger/Diamond players can deal with him, he will remain unchanged. A fan favorite, there is no way Riot is going to be doing much to Yasuo. His kit is pretty cohesive, and removing any of it would honestly make him shit.
