Is it just me or is warrior better than blood razer???

They aren't usually competing item choices. Which champion are you considering them both on? I may not be able to tell you specifically which is better, but someone that can will need to know that.

Like DTN said, it depends on the champion. Functionally, Bloodrazer scales better into the late game, while warrior gives flat AD that's better for the early game, and in this early game meta, I can see how you've come to the conclusion that warrior is better.

that and the cool down is always nice.
