Anyone else experiencing disruption?

Just played a game where everyone was lagging. My team had 3 dcs.. top didnt connect at all, jungle kept trying to reconnect, mid dc'd part way through. I kept dc'ing for a few seconds at a time. Anyone else experience this or is it just me?
