https://i.imgur.com/IowmqbM.png I agree with xin graves and kha nerfs, also with elise kindred and diana buffs, but why riot wanna buff champions like Lee Yi and Nocturne? I dont play jungle but i think those champions are more good than bad XD

Scuttle is the gift that keeps on giving.

Now we get champion balance around how well they can contest scuttle.

Yet the make scuttle worth even MORE now that it spawns less there's even less overall less gold and exp in the jungle
