Tired of Getting Bad Players In Ranked

I am tired of playing a game of solo Que ranked where i do good but someone on my team feeds. I understand that there really can't be anything done about this aspect but i think if a players score at the end of the game is positive, meaning they did good, but they lose the game they should either lose no LP or at least lose less LP. I just played a ranked game as akali where I was 12 and 2 with 3 assists towards 30 min, we were doing very good and dominating the other team but then my bot lane decided that, even though we were all fed, we should play defense and just run in circles playing cat and mouse with the other team. We had taken two dragons already and all towers were pushed to the base except mid. My team then decided to throw the game by making stupid plays and giving our advantage to the other team. This was a game we should have won but was thrown by stupid plays mostly by our adc. I then lost 14 LP which was all I had. I am now at 0 LP because almost every ranked game I play I have one really stupid or unskilled person. Whether they just feed or don't even communicate with us like pinging missing or typing anything. I know that there are many people who believe we lose LP way faster than we can gain it and in Silver ranking we get stuck with really bad players, please try and fiz it so we can make ranked a lot more enjoyable.
