Am I missing something?

This is more of just a personal vent. When the old client was retired, I was upset at the fact that I could not send post game (mystery)gifts to the persons that I had played with. It was bad enough the old honor system was gone, but now my only option to gift somebody is friend them for 2 weeks.

I voiced my concern via ticket right after the new launcher was mandatory and was told post game gifting was "comming soon". Here we are now and I am still not allowed to do that.

I'm not sure why, perhaps some legal reason outside of NA. But On my main account (Rumpletumskin) I have likely spent a good $2000 just gifting strangers post-game.

I liked doing that because I don't want to get to know you, I'm not your friend - but hey! good match, here's a $3 mystery skin!

So is there some reason I can't find why Riot doesn't have post game gifting in the new client? If i'm not missing anything, does Rito hate money?
