This actually sounds ridiculous on . I actually think that this was deleted because every jungler was taking it, and if you were not, you were garbage.

Don't think you want to go full resolve tree just for that. You lose so much in the process just for the extra shield.

It's possible, but from what I've heard it's a) on a 30-second cooldown and b) partly based on your max health.

There's probably better options unless you're playing an unusually tanky Riven.

doesnt even need tons of hp on riven to make use of the keystone
