Ezreal's Q applies on hit effects, but not rylais
Can this be changed? i would love to play ap ezreal that can kite like a madman :D

please don't bring back ap ezreal :^D
If they did that, he wouldn't be able to apply on-hit effects (i.e. Muramana, Sheen, Blade of the Ruined King).
No wait, this could finally make Rylai's get a drastic change. Ezreal breaks everything he touches!
