WIll Lucian ever get any buff's to his AA's? It feels rather dull in damage comparing ADC's

I constantly keep getting the same feeling from him, his AA's damage is very lacking and very small compared to most of the adc's scaling. Maybe it's base AD? Maybe it's something else? I don't know, im bad at numbers but i'm preeeettty sure of this gut feeling that he just doesn't have the "UMPH". He can't just smack people around like and or even can with making trades. is not what i would consider harder to play, but i feel like out of all of them, he has to work so much more to get ahead of the game. He just feels crooked to me because of it.

I know Lucian just got a minor buff but i think this buff alone could easily and finally put him on some more stable ground.

I don't know much about the data base or stats, so don't get pissy and criticize me simply because i have a lacking knowledge in numbers. Just hoping i'm not the only person who feels this way when they play .

Is the only other person i can complain about in AA logic, but his high ap bursts and his ability to spam the shit out of his q is what makes up for it. If riot is buffing luc's w, its obvious that his abilities aren't helping him as well as they thought it would and only strengthens my need to want to put this statement out there.
