Poll: is zoe o.p?

there's the potential for some powerful plays but they're so delicate, so susceptible to failure that you have to ask yourself "why am I trying so hard when there are point and click champs that can delete half a few seconds?"
Furthermore, her W skill has some serious holes that I am trying to figure out how they made it out of playtesting.
Have you ever said "pls guys let me lifesteal" or "pls guys let me use my relic shield" how did that work out? Do you see the problem? After a comfortable lane phase good luck ever picking up an ability for your W unless you're outright winning a teamfight before you get them (and that begs the question 'what good are you doing?').
In playing Zoe, in those matches where our team is struggling there's very little opportunity to actually pick up an ability to make W do anything. Then, say, I do pick up an ability through much frustration: and it's cleanse - and nothing happens for a solid minute and the ability expires. Then i'm stuck with a basic ability that is doing absolutely nothing for me.
If her W skills drop from minions regardless of what kills them and maybe we get an extra 1-2 minutes of W being able to do SOMETHING after an ability expires then maybe the champion will reach the state of playable.
Balance isn't decided via polls.
You can ask if ppl think that she is op.
I feel like she is more balanced than people think. She has virtually zero mobility and is VERY squishy. Yes she has a kit where if she hits her sleep, she can do massive damage. (MAYBE the damage can be tuned up) However, what happens when Elise hits her cocoon? Or when Veigar hits his stun? Same principle, so that shouldn't be the OP factor. She really only has one damage move early on, with her E doing pretty minimal damage until full build. Yes, her W is...unique, but especially in lane, what she gets, that info is given to both laners equally. She does high damage, but lacks mobility and survivability.

Just for sake of nerp,
Zoe is a hit or miss champ, but she does seem to roll towards the Yasuo side of things, although I've seen some pretty miserable Yasuos. She takes a lot of skill to do really well with, but she does seem to be a lot like Annie in the fact that it's basically one sleep and bye-bye to your health, especially with her AP scaling and bonus damage from said sleep. I think we really need to see how this works as the preseason continues because right now I feel like she's broken but only in the right hands. Things like minion blocking are still limiting her burst.
I absolutely LOVE Zoe. I love her naive, stupid personality, her bizarre but fun playstyle, her suprisingly effective unique cc, and her seemingly useless but actually very strong ult. But man, bubbling someone and then nuking them with a stolen flash + ult-extended paddle star doesn't feel rewarding. It feels unfair, it just deals so much damage, and they can't do anything about it. I hate Lux because you feel like you're useless when she gets all that free damage just from landing root, I don't want Zoe to be the same way. In my opinion, she's not op, she deals enough damage, but her range is far to long for a stun-like cc. She should have her bubble's on hit and bonus damage's base scaling nerfed and her passive's scaling and base damage buffed to compensate, allowing her to scale into late game just as effectively, and have a better early game, but still being, overall, MUCH more easy to catch out, which I feel is heavily needed. As long as she has any spell stolen the speed can let her run away, and if you keep chasing by then her bubble's off CD. I can't tell you how many deaths I've avoided by dancing around them until bubble and paddle star are up, then killing the person chasing me.
Now I know new champions can have their own kinks and buffs, but Zoe is a little too strong with her combos. All champions if played right can be overpowered and overwhelming, but zoe's play style is just so easy to do. I got here in ARAM in a free rotation and I was nearly one-shotting people in the beginning. She is hella fun to play, but there lacks the challenge in playing a champion who teleports briefly, stuns, steals spells, and damn near one-shots you with 3 clicks. It just ain't right for such a low-skilled champion to be so overwhelmingly powerful alone.
She has a ridiculous cool down on that stun, and that is the core of her damage.
I dont think so. I think it could be argued that her E is a little unfun in how the drowsy>>>sleep mechanic works, and the lack of clarity and frequency of her W RNG kicks in, but other than that, I think shes A-OK. Do I get mad at her? Sure. But her design is basically modeled after her personality:cause havoc
She uses her kit to enable her Q, but if you dodge the Q, Zoe is left with nothing.
I think generally she's a balanced champ. HOWEVER; If your Zoe player is an ace at hitting E's and resetting its cooldown, it CAN be OP. Most Zoe's don't do this, but I've seen one get fed 7/0 off a repetitive and not very bright Orianna who went out in lane and got ganked by Udyr 7 times and gave Zoe 7 kills off the easy stun/sleep setup.
By the time anyone else on my team came to try to shut her down, she was already pretty built with 3 items (lich/morello/boots). What I noticed was she was EXTREMELY good at hitting her E's, and about 60% of those would result in kills, because she would then use flash/whatever she had to position her shots between minion waves. And, even when she missed a kill, or the damage wasn't high enough to kill, her E would be thrown in 3 seconds, because she didn't miss the last cast. So, She'd get a full redo.
I don't have a problem with her damage potential. I do think a 3 second CD on CDR + hitting previous E's is sort of broken, because a champ doesn't have much choices to escape in between sleep and the next cast.
What I would like to see: Take .5 second off E's cooldown, but eliminate the Cooldown reduction mod for hitting it. That'd make it constantly a little more accessible, but wouldn't give these rewards for already hitting a super powerful spell to spam it again.
I do not mind the 1 shot potential at all. it rarely happens.
I don't feel like she's crazy OP, but I do feel like her E is simply unfun to play against. Everyone mainly complains about the damage, but it's telegraphed and easy to dodge, her E on the other hand isn't hard to hit at all, while punishing extremely hard for being hit by it, and has a bit too short of a cooldown late-game, when she can 1-shot anyone besides a tank with a good Q.
1-shot me with an E-Q combo is fine to me, but atleast make it so if I do live with a QSS or Zhonyas, I don't instantly die afterwards anyways because it's a 4 second CD.
