Riot ruining games intentionally?

I've had nothing but awesome games, stomping my ennemies easily, and, everytime, riot completely trashed the games with feeding. Take this last game : I easily predict twitch and invade him at lvl 1, we get 2 kills. In the next minute, once again, I easily predict his moves and ping bot to back. They don't, OF COURSE... And feed him 2 kills. Then 2 more. Basically, those garbages were just farm dummies, all he had was to right click on them and he was like 8/2 in 10 mins. 1/8 mid wasn't better. Then, obviously, there wasn't much I could do with my 4/1 pantheon. I still managed to beat him, but, always, got killed before by mid or support, because my "team" was useless to keep them in check (malz always had his ult on against me of course). And that's just one of the EIGHT last games riot ruined. They were ALL like this one. I wouldn't mind if they failed once or twice, but that's not a mistake, it's a standard. Anybody else has this problem?

There is a well-known system of win streaks being punished by Riot.

If you are on a win streak, You wont find yourself losing a close competitive game, you will find teammates inting and auto-losing the game before you even get your first item.

Naysayers will claim there is no such thing, but anyone who actually plays iron through plat and makes the climb top to bottom knows the truth.

if you easily predicted his moves why didnt you counter gank him instead of pinging? Seems like the above-bronze thing to do.

And if Malz kept locking you down why didnt you build mercurial? Seems like the above-bronze thing to do.
