Unless a laner gets the buff, it seems kinda risky to try it so early. Shaco can't use the buff very well outside of helping a lane push, which can blow his cover if he is trying to gank.

If it's lane Shaco, well that's a different story.

ez fix make it so u need to lvl up box to level 3 to stack them up to 3 times.

Doesn't give enough experience to warrant the time it takes to do it. Same reason fiddles, ww, etc taking drag lvl 3 isnt an issue
