why dont i get push notifications anymore did riot remove it..?

i dont get any league popups and its caused me to dodge 2-3 games everyday for the past several days. rito pls. also can everyone have 30 seconds to pick again PLEASE. i dont even have time to accurately decide what i want in 20 seconds let alone the 3 0 seconds.. 24/7 panic picks unless im just getting into lobby like im gonna play x champ. sad thing is iv won a lot of first time ranked panic picks bcause i didnt wanna wait 30 minutes. pls rito
