Unofficial Penta that is an Ace Should be official

I was just thinking about that Azir game in the recent protato monster video. Not every game is gonna be a dry cutt team fight. If there is an ace after an unofficial penta shouldn't it just be considered a penta?

This has probably been asked before but It just seems so obvious from that video.
