Snootiest most annoying character in league of legends. Worse than teemo because she slow snare and shield and doesnt die when she has 0hp then you want to kill yourself-- after that she lasers you, then if she has 40% cdr she lasers you again before you can teleport back to base.
NoMonku9 votesLux is actually one of the more fairer champions to play against. You land her skill shots, you win. You miss them, you lose. The fact you got beat means they outplayed you HARD, so not much you cna do but get better and learn to dodge.

She's champ who is entirely skillshots in a game where more and more people are super-mobile and able to evade them. I'm not saying she should be turned into Ryze, but I think a champ who has to land a skillshot to hurt you, and has long cooldowns on all her skills (save her ult, oddly), AND blows up almost instantly if you get to her should have a bit more in the way of either damage or utility. If you work harder to do something, it should be more rewarding than a simple targeted ability that can't miss. Lux can even miss her supportive abilities, like her shield. Meanwhile, Karma can shield her whole team with two buttons presses... and give them a speed boost too. Poor Lux needs some love. Not much, but a little something wouldn't hurt.

late game if she lands anything ur pretty much dead unless ur a tank. she doesnt need buffs... if played smartly she can be amazing late. and yes zed and yasuo exist and yes they can dodge her shit but then thats where zhonyas comes in to make her tanky for their damage and negate zed fullyy.

kyrakuu1 votesSorry for Reviving old topic, rant incoming; You're just bad man learn to dodge skill shots, lux's are kind of slow and easy to see coming. lux is very balanced and actually kind of weak in many aspects, shes all skill shot and cant actually nuke anyone at full health unless shes way above in levels and gold to the opposing team unlike syndra when she turns level 9 or any other apc's who can clear waves with 1 q w easy. As a lux main, shes incredibly fun and rewarding as a champion, especially when you stomp on champs like fizz who think they're the hot stuff because their champ should be the one flattening you but instead get destroyed because of their cockiness. Its about out playing the other person. Its very easy to fall behind as her as well, if you get out played in lane/ don't hit at least half your skill shots and use your passive in between, you're pretty much done for. out of mana out of luck. and there's almost no recovering from being behind as lux since you'll be doing little to no damage which means less kill gold and way less creep gold (youll run out of mana trying to clear 2 waves with skill shots which means more backing and less gold, getting less ap which she desprately needs to be viable, not mana. buying mana to farm puts you behind even more because you should be building glass canon since your cool downs are so high and get blown up easy when all her stuff is on cd reguardless. If you're behind good luck showing any presence from your team as youll get blown up trying to land a stun/ not have enough ap to lazer someone with 300 hp before your team kills them in fights also because of her high cooldowns she can only toss down her combo once in team fights and run away, if she misses then shes of no use for a long while. Shes difficult to play and hard to get fed to the point where you carry (you're looking at 18 kills plus around 23 mins before she can actually fully lead and carry a team) dodging her lazer is really easy as well, so I dont know what you're complaining about, maybe watch your screen when youre backing against a lux? Get good. Lux is incredibly satisfying to play, which is why i play her, landing skill shots feels incredibly rewarding, and so does lazering, because nothing is ever certain, and because of her high cool downs its kind of a gamble using your stuff because without it you're defenseless( one dive in with you in the middle of the lane without one of your abilities and flash, means a near certain death because of how squishy you are)
