The edge of night changes(patch 7.14)

The edge of night changes should be immediadly reverted on pbe( the removal of mr idc about the out of combat movespeed) I think that because:

First of all it was the only mr item existed for lethality based builds( i'm not an ad assasin main, but i abuse full ad jarvan-kled-pantheon and of course i build them lethality and believe me they are strong cause the have strong cc as well tankiness and the burst of an assasin cause eveyone underestimates those champs when it comes into their actual heavy burst dmg). Bruisers have maw of malmortious and wit's end, adcs have mqss, ad lethality champs?: edge of night. So first u hurt the diversity of mr items.

Second hp is a useless stat on assasins. I know that u think hp is a strong durability stat nowdays, but it's only officient if u stack it. I mean stacking hp and especially buying a lot of items that they give u more than 400 hp makes it strong. But this scenario should be taken in mind for a change to a bruiser or tank item, not an assasin item. 250 hp is super low to be viable on an assasiny type champion or a straight up assasin. Removing mr cause the item to fill clunky and akward primarly for assasins and useless as a defensive item vs ap champions. If u really want to buff this item, it needs a buff to it's active, not it's stats. This will end up being a nerf to item.

Third it causes bruisers that they build both for dmg and build tanky will have a reason to deal even more amounts of stupid dmg while being tanky, in this current tank meta and stack even more hp, because of this change. Especially with the lethality changes on pbe will be broken.

Plz let's vote all together for reverted on the mr of the item, cause i'm so disguested from this change and i don't even know why.
