New Items

I dont know if anyone else is feeling like this but i think that league of legends needs to get some more new items and summoner spells. Every season Masteries are updated but changes to summoner spells rarely happen and there are some cool item ideas which would be interesting as well. One item i thought would be incredibly fun to play with is a item which causes like .5 seconds of stealth, long enough for something like a Zac E to be invisible. This would an over all good item and have a draw back of like no damage being dealt during the time of stealth. This item could build off of like QSS and Raptor Cloak, this way the item gives more tank stats and crazy assassins like talon or yasuo couldn't take too much advantage this also brings qss away from just ad champions and allows a more open approach with Quick Silver Sache.
