Does Ryze have AoE spells?
Does Ryze have AoE spells anymore or do they count as single target spells? Is it only Single Target, AoE or both?

He has single target spells, though Q will count as an AOE if he triggers it on a group of enemies marked by EE.
Q; Single target colliding skill shot
W; Single Target Spell
E; Single target spell, becomes mulit target when empowered.
R; Ground targeted spell

It's certainly not OP, but still fun, and surprisingly effective.
Double E Will count as aoe. Then if you Q then you do more damage.
